Come and learn about the Kalapuya Indians of the Willamette Valley with our experiential archaeologist friends Matt and Anna. We will be looking at and touching tools and furs and other neat stuff like firestarting equipment. See a fire started with a bow drill and a flint and steel. Pound some nuts into meal and examine some arrowheads. We may even hear a story froma Kalapuya elder. We may even have a gift for you to take home.
